Medical Manufacturing
We are subcontract manufacturers and suppliers of injection mouldings, insert mouldings, metal pressings and assemblies for medical devices and medical equipment. We supply both directly to OEMs and as 2nd-tier to a number of major pharmaceutical companies.
Our dedicated production cells utilise automated part handling and assembly, and are run under our ISO 13485 accredited Quality System and our Good Manufacturing Practice policies.
We work alongside our customers in the development phase of projects and provide full validation services if required e.g. creation of Validation Protocols and Procedures (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ etc.), Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) and Design of Experiments (DoE). We also develop component and device test methods for subsequent use in both validation and ongoing production.
