With over 40 years experience we are experts in progression metal pressing.
Our metal pressing plant comprises C-frame and 4-pillar machines from 30 - 100 tonnes for progression metal pressing work as well as a number of pneumatic and hydraulic machines for secondary operations and assembly where required.
These machines enable us to support requirements for complex and high tolerance parts in a range of materials, including components for insert moulding used across our network of European manufacturing companies.
We work with many ferrous and non-ferrous materials, such as:

With in-house capabilities and excellent working relationships with our approved suppliers we can offer a wide range of sub contract operations. Examples include plating (including selectively plated components, either with or without bare edges), heat treatment / tempering, degreasing and other cleaning operations and deburring or other finishing operations.
