Labone is a privately-owned company formed over 50 years ago and located in Derbyshire, UK. We provide expert solutions for plastic injection mouldings, metal pressings, insert mouldings, assemblies and tool design and manufacture.
Established in 1963 and incorporated as a limited company in 1965, based in Derbyshire UK, we remain privately owned and our philosophy of excellence through continued investment in both human and technical resources is the key to the company’s success. This, in conjunction with the flexibility to react to the changing needs of the market, has earned Labone a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
Labone specialises in injection moulding, metal pressing, insert moulding and assembly to ISO / IATF approved processes. We also have tool-making facilities for injection mould tools, progression press tools and assembly tools and expertise in the manufacture of automated assembly systems.
The ability to take products from concept through to full-scale production allows Labone to service a wide spectrum of applications for our global client base.
Manufacturing takes place in the UK, and across our group of companies in Germany, Czech Republic, FYR Macedonia and Ukraine.
To demonstrate our on-going commitment to providing a continuous, high quality service, Labone has successfully achieved all the major quality standards applicable to our business and is currently certified to, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
