We offer quality support through all stages of the manufacturing process from Advanced Product Quality Planning on commencing new projects through control of production processes to shipping quality-certified products. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art contact and non-contact Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines as well as a variety of Poke Yoke and testing systems.

Labone recognises its responsibility to the environment and has been accredited to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System since 1999. The EMS covers the Company’s activities at its Lower Middleton St, Ilkeston site. The principal activities are the manufacture of metal pressings, injection mouldings, associated assemblies and tooling along with supporting administrative operations. The EMS also covers selected sub-contracted processes (e.g. electroplating and heat treatment). A copy of our Environmental Policy and certificate are available to view on this page.
