Tool Design & Manufacture
We have our own fully equipped Tool room including in house design, CNC Milling, Wire Erosion and EDM machines used for new mould and press tool manufacture, as well as preventative maintenance on our existing tooling.
Every part needs some form of tooling and having our own facility enables us to have control over the process. We have a number of apprentices and the toolroom provides an excellent training programme for future development within Labone.
To enable us to manage large tooling programs we also source tools from a number of approved toolmakers in the UK, Europe and the Far East.
