Yesterday we took delivery of a brand new 80T rotary Arburg machine. The machine is currently being commissioned ahead of tool sampling. This will support an insert moulded component for one of our existing customers. Because of a rapid increase in volume, we will initially hand load the metal inserts which are pressed at Labone. Automation will be introduced later in the year to help increase output.
