Last week we took delivery of another moulding machine. The 100 tonne Arburg 1200T will be incorporated into an automation cell manufactured by TQC Ltd to produce a high volume insert moulding for the automotive industry. We will manufacture the metal insert in our adjacent press shop so keeping all the manufacturing processes under our control enabling optimal control of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
The new machine is the 3rd in our new mould shop area, which has just had a new transformer and uprated electrical supply connected.
