This week we took delivery of a new Automation Cell. The cell has inbuilt cropping, solder dosing and resistance welding operations and includes camera inspection and auto un-loading via a Scara robot. This new cell will support an increase in volume on one of our automotive glazing products. The child parts are all manufactured in-house and the full process utilises our lamination, metal pressing and injection moulding capabilities.
